I was reccomended this oil by my naturopathic physician for my severe dry mouth, throat, nose, and sinuses. I havent been using it long enough to review based on results but i was amazed at the taste of this! I think alot of us have been conditioned to think of fish oils especially cod liver oil to be a discusting chore to take rather than an easy plesant experiance. I have the lemon flavor it is a smooth NOT slimy liquid, very easy to swallow and no after taste. If anything it resembles a nice light salad oil. I didnt feel any need to “wash it down” at all. I plan to keep taking just for the benefit of the additional omega’s whether or not it helps with my issues. I did not order from this source and ended up being quite overcharged but hey when you need relief you need relief right? I look forward to this as a part of my daily routine.
